One of my all time favorite foods is brussel sprouts. Love them roasted, boiled, baked, or raw and shredded in a salad. This particular recipe will win any non-brussel sprout person over!! Super easy and delicious! Ingredients 6 - cups Brussel sprouts; outer leaves removed and cut in half lengthwise 2 - Organic apples diced 1 - cup Pistachios shelled 4-5 Tbsp Olive Oil (light tasting) Kosher Salt to taste Organic Pepper to taste Instructions 1.
