Absolutely delicious and super easy!
2 pasture raised eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces organic feta cheese
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry or you can use raw (Organic Girl) baby spinach
2 pounds ground, pasture-raised turkey
Sprinkle a bit of kosher or Himalayan salt. Just a little though.
That’s it! Wait until you taste them!!!
1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Or, you can cook on your stove top over medium-high heat in a well-heated and sprayed pan.
2. While the grill or pan is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form into 6-7 patties.
3. Cook on preheated grill or in pan on stove (spray grill grate or pan with non-stick cooking spray) and cook until no longer pink in the center, 10 minutes each side.
