We offer chiropractic care and functional medicine (which includes hormone and endocrine health), along with corrective stretching exercises and nutritional counseling.
It depends on which kind of care you are coming in for. Chiropractic: Dr. Dady does a complete examination and takes X-rays when there is a structural problem, then shows you what your spine looks like, what it should look like, and what it will take to get there. Functional medicine: your first visit covers a full examination and your health history from birth to the present, and Dr. Dady recommends a supplement protocol specific to your health issues. Supplements are part of functional medicine care, not chiropractic care.

Chiropractic adjustments realign your spine and joints to stop any nerve impingement and/or degenerative joint disease. Adjustments also eliminate pressure on nerves and retrains muscles to restore overall function and mobility. Results can vary, but most patients begin to feel relief after just a few visits.

Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness through a holistic, patient-centered approach that integrates natural and modern treatments.  Depending on health issues at hand, patient compliance, and engagement in the process will determine how quickly patients improve. Engagement and compliance are key.

Corrective stretching Yin exercises are given to chiropractic patients to help hold their adjustment and improve their flexibility. They are Yin Yoga poses that the patient holds in place for 1-3 minutes at a time.

Yes, we address diet and what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Recipes and product suggestions are also available.

Chiropractic care can help with a variety of conditions including back & neck pain, sciatica, headaches, tinnitus, vertigo, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip issues, and more.

Many insurance companies do not typically cover services provided by holistic healing practitioners, as these treatments often fall outside the scope of conventional medical practices. If you have an HSA or FSA card through your insurance benefits, you can use them for payment.
