Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Apples & Pistachios


One of my all time favorite foods is brussel sprouts. Love them roasted, boiled, baked, or raw and shredded in a salad. This particular recipe will win any non-brussel sprout person over!! Super easy and delicious!


6 – cups Brussel sprouts; outer leaves removed and cut in half lengthwise

2 – Organic apples diced

1 – cup Pistachios shelled

4-5 Tbsp Olive Oil (light tasting)

Kosher Salt to taste

Organic Pepper to taste


1. Heath the oven to 400F. Spread the brussel sprouts on a large baking sheet, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

2. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Then add the apples and pistachios to the baking sheet, distributing evenly, and bake for 6-7 minutes more. Serve immediately.
